Core Commitment: We never sell, lease, or monetize customer data. On /questionnaire, documents never leave your browser for local question counts, and submitted files are strictly stored in 2FA-protected mailboxes and deleted on request or within 30 days of delivery.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

Questionnaire Submissions: Customer files (Excel, CSV, or PDF) and stack notes sent to questionnaire@scopekit.net.
Contact Information: Customer email addresses and communication records required to deliver completed assessments and invoices.
Passive Domain Telemetry: Public DNS, SSL, and HTTP header records gathered when running scans through our 360° Domain Audit tools.

2. Zero-Server Client-Side Document Checker

The question row checker on scopekit.net/questionnaire runs 100% locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. No file bytes or spreadsheet contents are uploaded to our servers during this check.

3. How Questionnaire Files Are Handled & Stored

We treat vendor security questionnaires with extreme confidentiality:

Transmission & Storage: Files are received via email and stored directly in our 2FA-protected mailbox.
Access Restrictions: Only the vetted human operator has access to customer questionnaire materials.
Retention & Purge: Customer files are deleted upon request at any time, and are systematically purged within thirty (30) days of completed delivery.

4. Tracking and Cookies

ScopeKit employs cookieless edge analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not track individual user identities, utilize tracking cookies, or collect personal browsing histories across third-party websites.

5. Data Subject Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to inspect, correct, or request the immediate deletion of any personal or company documentation we hold. To exercise these rights, email privacy@scopekit.net.
